With Steve is Past President Patti Stephens who introduced Steve to the Club members.
Steve is a member of The Rotary Club of DeLand Breakfast. He presented us with a new project that he is working on with Florida Hospital-Fish Memorial. 
On a 3/4 acre area near the northwest corner of the hospital property, a Community Garden will be created. Individuals or organizations will be able to purchase raised wooden garden plots, each for $75.00 a year. The owners can work these plots or assign them to others. The Community Garden will have a greenhouse, water, benches, etc.
The purpose of this project is to promote eating healthy foods, create comradery among the gardeners, get people out of doors, etc.   -   Good job fellow Rotarian Steve!
