Thursday night Mrs Neher was recognized at the Volusia County Sherrif’s Office Annual Awards for her actions on January 10, 2019. As many of you know, she stopped to help a suicidal man on Saxon and I-4 back in January on the way to her girls basketball game. This allowed the Sherrif’s office to have time to arrive and intervene on his behalf. Here is the link to the article:
